St. Denis Train Station , Maryland B&O RR

Baltimore County

I’ve read a bit about the St. Denis Station. Even had it listed on the website as the St. “Regis” station for a while, a typo that stuck around for two years on the website. St. Denis was named after a politician from the area who had a certain ” charm” about him. The old Station survived into the 1970’s, when it was apparently razed after the building fell into disrepair. There is a small shelter located on both sides of the tracks.
In 1906 – A Track Foreman for the B&O Railroad was struck and killed by a train at the Station.
