Western Maryland Railroad
From what I can tell, this old station has been torn down. In 1896, the old Westminster Train Station was loaded onto a flatbed rail car and taken out to New Windsor to be used as the New Windsor Railroad station. The “New Westminster ” station served the Town of Westminster until it torn down around the 1960’s.
In 1929 – The New Windsor Depot was ” Robbed” ( broken into ) by subjects who “jimmed” a window to gain entry into the building. A fare box was taken and Police mentioned that this had happened before here.
