Western Maryland Railroad
Along the Northern Central Railroad in Baltimore County, The station and Tower were just to the West of Turnpike Depot to the East and the Western Maryland Railroad Junction near McDonogh and Owings Mills Stations. The Station is long gone, and closed to passenger service in the 11930’s, according the Green Spring Accommodation. .
A few years back, a very good book entitled ” Green Spring Accommodation ” came out and has all types of information on the Baltimore & Susquehanna Railroad and the stations and routes in Baltimore County. The book is written by Martin K. Van Horn and Robert L. Williams.
