The Art Work of John Kilduff

Baltimore, Maryland

The above craft from my grandfather was cut from word and measures about 7 by 10 inches. It appears to have been cut with a saw and it was found in a pile of his effects when he passed away .

My grandfather, John Kilduff, for whom these web pages are dedicated to, was quite an artist. He worked at several of the old downtown Baltimore Movie theatres ( Keith’s , Century and Valencia ) , and I plan to post the artwork he did at those theatres on these pages soon. But after his work at the movie houses, he continued to work and I figured now is as good a time as any to featured some of his work.

The lobster shacks were built on pieces of “Driftwood” and he would add a small scene that would add details like seagulls, small boats, ladders, wooden ramps and the sort.
