A small train station or shed for the Saunders Range, which was just south of Glen Burnie, in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The range was opened around 1904 from what I can tell. The Maryland National Guard had special tickets available for 15 cents round trip that members only could purchase to go from Baltimore and/or Annapolis and a log was kept for those who purchased those discounted tickets. I don’t believe the stop was used for that long and the area now is a housing development – A map for Train Stations for Maryland from the late 1950’s shows nothing for Saunders Range.
