General Pontiac was located accross from Druid Hill Park, about two blocks South of Druid Park Lake Drive. Mentions of General Pontiac were first seen around 1940. There is a small mechanic garage where the dealership was and it was probably once used by General Pontiac. In the final years at that location, the dealership went by the name of Executive Pontiac and soon moved out to Baltimore County to 3636 Brenbrook Drive. It continued to go by the name of Executive Pontiac and later Liberty Pontiac.
