Nearly all of the old movie theatres along Pennsylvania Avenue in West Baltimore are no longer standing, The Royal, Regent, Metropolitan , Diane and the others have all been torn down over the years. The Lenox ( Rainbow ) in the 2100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue however continues to stand ( At last check ) . The old theatre was converted to a church years ago, although in recent years there has been less and less activity around the building.
